BUCHE DE NOEL The traditional French yule log cake. Sponge cake soaked with coffee and brandy, rolled with coffee buttercream, iced with chocolate ganache, and decorated with meringue mushrooms, pistachio moss and holly leaves. $4.50 each serving, minimum 8 servings.

ENGLISH TRIFLE Our version of this sumptuous dessert is made with liquor-soaked ladyfingers layered with crème anglaise, raspberry jam, macaroon crumbs, and real syllabub - a foamy cream flavored with sherry, brandy and lemon. You will need to provide us with a deep glass bowl to assemble it beforehand. $5.00 each serving, minimum 8 servings

PERSIMMON PUDDING Moist, lightly spiced cake made with persimmon puree and walnuts. For a grand finale, decorate with holly or ivy, pour a little heated brandy over the warmed cake, and ignite. Carry to the table flaming and serve with hard sauce or whipped cream. 6" 7" 8" 9" 10"
